You’ll get a tracking number once your product has been shipped.

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping address details. If your order has not been shipped, we will do our best to help you change the address. However, once an order has been shipped, it is up to the customer to contact the courier directly with the tracking number provided to change the shipping address. The customer is responsible for all costs that may arise from this situation.
